Badenoch and Clark, executive recruitment consulting firm, is looking for his client, the worldwide leader in Hospitality, a Global Business Development Director (F/M).

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Global Business Development Director (F/M) will have the responsibility for all European Countries sales.
He/she will have direct responsibility for top line sales growth and margin with both direct Customers and Hospitality industry.
He/she will be responsible for submitting accurate forecasts and managing procurement process, especially concerning the Global Purchase. He/she will also coordinate all activities related to the success tenders in Europe including the matrix management of countries managers (4 persons) to develop the customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

.Works actively with accounts adding new Services Sales, including making recommendations based on country/market needs and product availability.
. Sales analysis and reporting, and forecast responsibility by country.
. Researchs current events and competitive activity that may have an impact on the business.
.Negotiate internally with business teams (i.e. Country Manager, Marketing, Product Integrity, and Supply Chain).

.Builds and Develop the Procurement Services offer to be compatible with customersf demand (External and Internal) .Builds the Procurement Services processes to successfully deliver customers. .Implementation of the CRM for the company (Salesforce) focus on the sales/procurement positions.

Close Global Strategic Deals:
. Identifies and successfully close global strategic deals with the main clients in Europe .Deals with European C-levels as the main interlocutor to develop global partnerships and sales. .Act as a lobbyist in main events or meetings with strategic clients/prospects to create and develop new services sales

Main Requirements:

. Bachelorfs Degree required; ideally 5-8 years of experience in international sales.
. Must be fluent in English with a living international experience.
. Negotiation skills & Strong sales and presentation skills-verbal and written
. Analytical skills relating to the 4 Pfs-pricing, promotion, product and placement.
